Roani catering training covers the following types of catering operation: Social Event Catering, Corporate Catering, Wedding Catering, and Concession Catering. The training presents both theoretical lessons and practical workshop in the training centers (restaurant, bakery, hotel, etc.) which apart from developing student’s skills, allow them an initial contact with actual customers and more diverse catering facilities and equipment.
